Beep, beep, who's got the keys to the JEEP?

Doesn’t Jeep sound like it could be the name of a character on a season of the Real World that aired in the 90s? It definitely does. But that’s not important — what is important is that Jeep is also the name of this week’s adoptable running dog, a sweet three-year-old Lab who would love to tackle trails with you (and maybe take a dip or two in a few trailside creeks). Learn more about him below!

Name: Jeep

Age: 3 years

Breed: Labrador Retreiver

Size: 60 pounds

Background: Jeep came to Street Tails through Women’s Humane Society, where he was surrendered along with his pregnant baby mama.

Running style: Here comes our buddy Jeep, and just like his namesake, he’s ready for some rough and rugged terrain. The Monster Milers envision him as the perfect trail-running buddy, taking breaks in lakes and creeks.

Why Jeep would be the right dog for you: Jeep is a three-year-old Labrador Retriever who just wants to spend his days showing you how much love he has to give. Jeep likes other dogs and humans of all sizes. He’s energetic and playful and would like nothing more than to find a family who will bring him on adventures for years to come.

If you’re interested in adopting Jeep, you can find him at Street Tails Animal Rescue in Northern Liberties. You can fill out an adoption application here, or contact them by phone (267-761-9434) or email.

Thanks to BeWellPhilly for sharing our weekly adoptable dogs!
